基于天然生物相容材料的可穿戴电子纺织品因其在医疗保健和智能服装等领域的广泛应用而备受关注。然而,实现可穿戴设备的完全柔性和舒适始终是一项困难的任务。在本研究中,提出了一种由单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)涂覆的预拉伸羊毛纱制成的极为柔性和稳定的导电电极,以优化可穿戴电子纺织品的穿着舒适性。

预拉伸羊毛纱、SWCNTs溶液和染色过程的结合,使得柔性电极具有强大的柔性、舒适性、可编织性、导电性和稳定性。将羊毛纱浸泡在20%预拉伸的SWCNTs溶液中,合成复合纱后,样品整体电阻为76.4Ω,单位长度电阻为12.73Ω/cm,在20%应变下保持了98%的R/R0。经过500次拉伸、清洗和粘附测试后,复合纱的导电性能仍然保持完全稳定。导电纱可以与织物无缝结合,同时在人体活动中表现出良好的适应性和稳定性。因此,SWCNTs/羊毛复合纱电极在医疗保健相关场景的可穿戴纺织电子应用中具有相当的潜力。
